Shipping and Returns Policy

STORE POLICIES

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including: Gift Cards and Ebooks

SHIPPING

Lettuce Grow Something store orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on the items description. 

Once your item ships we will send you a tracking number.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We hope you do no receive a damaged product. In the event that you do please email,

hello@lettucegrowsomething.com for further instructions on a replacement piece, part or item return. 

RETURNS

Trellises:

Trellis returns will be accepted for 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact hello@lettucegrowsomething.com for a replacement and further instructions.
