Bok choy is a cool-season crop. Its ideal temperature range is about 45°F to 75°F.
Loosen up the top couple inches of soil in your raised bed or container with a little hand rake.
Use your finger or a dibber to draw a shallow trench in the planting area. Plant 1/4″ deep with 4"-6" spacing between seeds.
Water seeds gently. Keep the soil evenly moist while you’re waiting on the seeds to sprout. Sprouts in just 5 to 10 days.
